The New England Country Music Bylaw book explains that no membership lists are allowed to be copied and handed out to anyone. This is in an effort to protect your privacy.
However at the May 2008 NECMC meeting, a vote was taken and passed to include an "option" on our 2009 applications for all members to decide for themselves whether they will allow their addresses to be given to others ONLY for the purpose of sending cards or notes in the event of illness of a member or a death in a member's family or the death of a member.
Also, we would like your permission to use your photo in the "Celebrity Contest." We would appreciate it if you will allow us to make you a "Celebrity" in our newsletter- this too, is optional.

Our members decided it would be better to take the “Block Party” indoors since July can be sweltering and the VFW has air conditioning. ( easy choice) However, we are going to make it feel like a Block Party with Hot Dogs, Hamburgers, Potato Salad—things to make it feel like a “cook-out.” In fact, it will be an IN-door Cook-OUT! No bugs, no pouring rain or beating sun...just a nice comfortable venue to hold a fundraiser for one of the best foundations on earth! --- LOOK who ELSE is a St. Jude supporter-
Chris Young has been helping raise money for St. Jude Children's
Research Hospital since he was in grade school and is still a huge supporter
of the hospital even to this day. Since Chris is supportive of the hospital,
so is his fan club. They are currently supporting the hospital through the Country Fans
Care for St. Jude Kids fundraising program.
A little "heads up" folks-- Chris has sent some Chris Young merchandise for raffle
at our Benefit Jamboree! You could win an autographed CD, a T-shirt or ---
